A Warm Welcome
You are now part of a long-standing partnership between BMW and I.K. Hofmann that began in Germany in 1986. Since then, we've placed hundreds of thousands of employees at six BMW locations across Germany and Austria — and now, you’re a part of that 30+ year success story. You’re joining BMW’s only U.S. manufacturing plant, Plant Spartanburg — the global producer of BMW’s X3, X4, X5, X6, and X7 models, distributing to over 140 markets. This world-class, 7-million-square-foot facility features its own power plant, a Family Health Center, and 24/7 security and firefighting personnel.
I.K. Hofmann is a privately held, woman-owned staffing firm founded in 1985. Today, we support over 16,000 employees across 7 countries. In the U.S., we’re proud to be ranked in the top 1% of staffing firms with a Net Promoter Score of 86 — more than double the industry average — thanks to the thousands who recommend us to friends and family. We’re honored you’ve chosen us to help launch your career at BMW. If you ever have feedback, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we want your experience to be nothing short of world-class.
Welcome to the team!
