What does a Quality Inspector do?
Quality Inspectors are responsible for testing and inspecting products and overseeing operations to ensure they meet production standards.
They can work in any industry that involves assembly and production, such as automotive, food, textile, or wood products. Here are some of the typical duties a Quality Inspector may have: Performing inspections to assess product quality or materials, accepting or rejecting finished products and discussing inspection results with the production team, establishing quality standards for products and materials as well as recommending necessary adjustments and changes to production processes.
